The Company:

Join a global and highly successful company within eye care who provide a variety of vision correction and eye disease management products, including contact lenses, lens care items and surgical equipment.

The Role:

Portfolio: Cataract surgery (capital equipment)

Territory: VIC & TAS

Customer base: Public & private hospitals and some private clinics

  • Meet and achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Educate and train clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Maintain and utilize CRM database to maintain contacts and develop business plans
  • Attend workshops, conferences and events as and when required

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree qualified
  • Previous capital equipment sales experience is essential
  • Experience working within Ophthalmology sales is highly desirable
  • Proactive and hunter mindset with the ability to collaborate with others to generate leads
  • Excellent communication skills, both technically and interpersonally
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity & learning agility
  • Experience with CRM applications and Microsoft Office
