The Company:
Join a global and highly successful company within eye care who provide a variety of vision correction and eye disease management products, including contact lenses, lens care items and surgical equipment.
The Role:
Portfolio: Cataract surgery (capital equipment)
Territory: VIC & TAS
Customer base: Public & private hospitals and some private clinics
- Meet and achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Educate and train clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Maintain and utilize CRM database to maintain contacts and develop business plans
- Attend workshops, conferences and events as and when required
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree qualified
- Previous capital equipment sales experience is essential
- Experience working within Ophthalmology sales is highly desirable
- Proactive and hunter mindset with the ability to collaborate with others to generate leads
- Excellent communication skills, both technically and interpersonally
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity & learning agility
- Experience with CRM applications and Microsoft Office
