The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and self-starting Sales professional to join our clients collaborative and engaging team. 
  
In this role you will implement customised strategies to maintain and drive growth for their Orthopaedic Hip and knee portfolio 
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrating superior knowledge of the market, competitor portfolios and customers
  • Developing strong relationships with key opinion leaders, Surgeons and Hospital staff
  • The ability to deliver training and support to customers on all aspects of the Joints product portfolio
  • Developing key customer call strategies to identify and pursue sales leads and opportunities to meet sales and organisational objectives
  • Demonstration of a genuine passion for the Medical Device industry
  
Key to your success will be your confidence in your ability to work effectively in the operating theatre, imparting information of a highly technical nature. You will relish working in an autonomous, dynamic and changing environment and taking an innovative approach to driving sales forward.
  
Qualifications
  • A track record of Sales success within a Hospital environment, ideally in Medical Devices
  • The ability to develop relationships and have commercial conversations with a diverse range of customers
  • Ability to tailor communication to the customer’s needs to effectively collaborate, impact and influence; including having strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Achievement-orientated with solid business strategy acumen
  • The ability to take on board and impart effectively, clinical and technical information
  • The confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment
  • An inquisitive nature with an interest to continuously learn and grow
  • A qualification in a Business, Health or Science-related degree is advantageous
