Heidi has two years’ experience in high-volume talent acquisition across the UK and Australia. After beginning her career recruiting graduate talent in the UK, she relocated from Manchester to Sydney and joined the team at Ayers Rock Resort, where she recruited across a diverse range of business and operational roles.

These experiences have strengthened Heidi’s ability to adapt quickly, build strong relationships and connect people with the right opportunities. Now beginning her career in MedTech recruitment with OneMD, she is excited to develop her expertise and support candidates and clients across the sector.
