The Role:
Working on-site at the Lane Cove West office you’ll act as a professional first point of contact for customers, suppliers and the national team and will:
  • Provide general admin support to management and staff
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and events (including support for team travel)
  • Assist with processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Coordinate service bookings and maintain service records and documentation
  • Prepare quotes and sales-related resources
  • Assist with social media updates and maintain contact databases and mailing lists

About You:
You are ambitious, organised and looking to break into the Medical Device industry. Ideally you would have some Administration or Customer Service experience but the senior management team is looking for someone who is keen to learn as much as possible and has a great "can-do" attitude.
