The Role:
A senior leadership role and the “glue” of the office, our client is looking for an experienced Executive Administration all-rounder and people leader.
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the administration, procurement, customer support, service administration, internal sales support and office management functions of our client’s organisation.
As a member of the leadership team, this role provides both strategic and operational leadership to ensure the business operates efficiently, maintains strong supplier and customer relationships, and has the systems, processes, and resources required to support sustainable growth.
With two direct reports initially, the role acts as a key link between Sales, Service, Warehouse, Finance, Regulatory, and Executive Leadership teams, ensuring effective coordination across the organisation while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and commercial performance.
Experience Required:
People leadership, procurement and office management experience with a strong operational & commercial focus is essential for this role along with the ability to work in a nimble high-growth environment.
