The Role:As Education & Training Manager- APAC , you will lead the development, delivery, and optimization of training programs across diverse markets. This role is central to building product knowledge, enhancing practitioner capability, and supporting the region’s commercial objectives.
This position can be based anywhere in Australia (Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide).
Key responsibilities include:- Designing regional training strategies tailored to local market needs
- Creating and adapting learning content for various formats and audiences
- Supporting onboarding and accreditation for distributors, partners, and providers
- Driving education across clinical and retail environments
- Leading training efforts for new product introductions and brand initiatives
- Supporting regional events, conferences, and educational forums
- Overseeing the use of digital learning tools and managing platform engagement
- Collaborating with in-market teams to address knowledge gaps and opportunities
- Tracking learning outcomes and providing strategic insights to leadership
You are a skilled educator with experience in the health, wellness, or aesthetics sector. You will be confident in presenting to a mix of groups (large and small). The role will be responsible for South East Asia Including: ANZ, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines etc.
What you will bring:
- A relevant degree and at least 4 years of ANZ training experience in Skincare/ Aesthetics
- Nursing background
- MUST come from the areas of Skincare or Aesthetics ( Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals )
- Experience in distributor or sales enablement is a strong advantage
- Regional understanding of the Asia Pacific market (Ideal but not essential)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong adaptability to tailor training by audience and market
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region (South East Asia)- up to 50% of the time.
