This role is designed for leaders ready to step up. The Opportunity
  • Own full regional P&L performance across capital and implant portfolios
  • Translate national strategy into a clear, executable state plan
  • Lead capital contracting strategy within complex hospital systems
  • Drive sustainable market share growth in a competitive orthopaedic landscape
  • Embed disciplined Key Account Planning (KAP) across your team
  • Coach and elevate Regional Sales Managers, BDMs and senior consultants
  • Influence executive stakeholders including surgeons, procurement and hospital leadership

You will move from delivering results within a territory to  architecting performance across multiple regions .

  • Strong commercial thinker with exposure to forecasting and business planning
