Are you a high-performing Regional or State Sales Manager ready to step into broader strategic ownership?

This role is designed for leaders ready to step up. The Opportunity- Own full regional P&L performance across capital and implant portfolios
- Translate national strategy into a clear, executable state plan
- Lead capital contracting strategy within complex hospital systems
- Drive sustainable market share growth in a competitive orthopaedic landscape
- Embed disciplined Key Account Planning (KAP) across your team
- Coach and elevate Regional Sales Managers, BDMs and senior consultants
- Influence executive stakeholders including surgeons, procurement and hospital leadership
You will move from delivering results within a territory to architecting performance across multiple regions .
Who This Role Suits- A proven Regional Sales Manager or State Sales Leader in Orthopaedic medical devices
- Strong commercial thinker with exposure to forecasting and business planning
- Experienced in leading experienced sales professionals
