Our client is a well-known Medical Device company specialising in a life-changing therapeutic area. With standard instrument and implant kits as well as a comprehensive Patient-Specific offering, they have recently expanded their manufacturing capabilities and are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join their team in Lane Cove.
The Role
A full-time, permanent position, you’ll be operating and controlling production equipment that makes 3D medical implants. The role includes assisting in trouble-shooting production devices and machines and maintaining production equipment. The work scope may include functions in SLM, SLA, DLP, SLS or milling process.
Accustomed to Quality control, you’ll be working in a regulated manufacturing environment and will be part of a small Design, Production and Quality team that works hard to improve patient outcomes.

About You
- You have completed Year 12 or relevant Certificate III in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology (or have equivalent experience)
- You preferably have experience working in the Medical Device / Pharmaceutical industry but otherwise have Food processing, Metal or Industrial experience
- You are accustomed to Quality Control procedures
- You have excellent attention to detail and have experience with accurate and timely data entry
- You enjoy working in small teams but have the ability to operate independently on a day-to-day basis
