Associate Territory Manager – Orthopaedics
Brisbane, QLD
• Support Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and territory growth
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital stakeholders
• Provide operating theatre support and technical product expertise during surgical procedures
• Assist in developing surgeon and hospital strategies to grow business opportunities
• Deliver product education, training and in-service sessions to clinical staff
• Manage consignment and loan stock within hospitals
• Conduct workshops and product training with relevant instrumentation and implants
• Monitor market activity and provide insights on clinical and competitive developments
• Represent the business at trade displays, education courses and industry events About You
• Tertiary qualification in science, business, healthcare or allied health
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical, hospital or allied health environments
• Strong understanding of human anatomy
• Operating theatre experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated with a growth mindset and passion for improving patient outcomes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospital environment
• Current driver’s licence

A fast-growing medical technology company is seeking a driven and ambitious Associate Territory Manager (ATM) to join its orthopaedics team in Brisbane.
This role is designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in medical device sales , with a clear pathway to progressing into a Territory Manager role .
Working alongside experienced Territory Managers and leading orthopaedic surgeons, you will gain hands-on exposure to surgical environments while developing the commercial, clinical and relationship skills needed to succeed in the orthopaedic industry.
