About the Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and career-driven individual to join a fast-growing medical technology environment as an Associate Territory Manager.

This role is ideal for either an emerging sales professional looking to break into medical devices, or someone with early experience seeking a pathway into a full Territory Manager position. You’ll work closely with experienced Territory Managers, supporting sales growth, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and gaining hands-on exposure in the operating theatre.

This is a highly dynamic role where you’ll play a key part in improving patient outcomes while developing your commercial and clinical expertise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Territory Managers in achieving sales targets and driving territory growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff

  • Provide in-theatre support, ensuring strong technical knowledge and problem-solving capability

  • Assist in developing account strategies to grow new and existing business

  • Deliver product training and in-services to clinical staff

  • Conduct workshops and educational sessions for customers

  • Manage hospital consignment and loan stock

  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and clinical developments

  • Maintain strong relationships across all levels of hospital stakeholders

  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and training events

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and healthcare regulations

  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives


About You

  • Tertiary qualification in science, business, or healthcare (e.g. allied health)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical, hospital, or healthcare environments

  • Strong understanding of anatomy

  • Operating theatre experience highly regarded

  • Valid driver’s licence

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
