The Role

As  Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving revenue through capital equipment sales and rentals across a defined territory. Your key focus will be on identifying and converting new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering a high standard of service and support.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing a strategic territory plan
  • Building and maintaining key relationships with hospitals and select aged care facilities
  • Driving sales and rental performance in line with set targets and forecasts
  • Promoting pressure injury reduction solutions and other clinical benefits of the product range
  • Conducting client needs analyses, product demonstrations, and in-servicing
  • Overseeing product delivery, installation, and after-sales support
  • Identifying market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities
  • Managing tenders and supporting accurate, timely submissions
About You
  • Strong  Medical Device  sales experience ideally from one of the following areas:  ICU/ Critical Care, ED, Wound Care
  • Ideally you have experience in  Capital Equipment  sales within the  medical device  industry
  • Based in Sydney South or Sydney Central
  • A proven ability to drive business growth through consultative selling
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, including tender processes
  • Solid understanding of hospital and aged care environments
  • Technical aptitude and comfort assembling or demonstrating products
  • Excellent time management, autonomy, and organisational skills
