(they have highly diversified call points within the hospital landscape which come into contact with various physicians and hospital staff).
The company is extremely niche and highly specialised and would be considered a medium sized global company. The ANZ business has been in place for a number of years with a commercial focus and the business is currently going through strong growth hence this brand new position arising.
The Role
The role in question is Brisbane based and will look after Q'land & NSW the focus of the role (75% is metro accounts across Brisbane Central + a small amount of focus on the Sunshine Coast). NSW trips on average every 5 weeks but very fleible and based on demand.
Key responsibilities of the role;
- Exciting entry level medical device role for someone moving across from nursing

The Role

Key responsibilities of the role;
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships while increasing product usage across accounts.
- Educate clinicians on the effective and safe use of medical equipment, software, and disposables.
- Train both new and existing users on product operation and clinical applications, ensuring strong follow-up and ongoing support.
- Offer onsite guidance in various departments including labs, operating rooms, and critical care units. Promote product integration into standard care practices using CRM insights and market data.
- Build and maintain clinical relationships, deliver presentations, support cases, and organize educational events.
- Provide hands-on assistance during new implementations and ongoing usage across shifts.
- Troubleshoot clinical and technical concerns in collaboration with internal teams.
- Support strategic account growth, installations, and market conversions in alignment with sales leadership.
- Have a strong Nursing background, Ideally from one of: ICU, Critical Care, Cardiac
- Must be based in Brisbane and have working hospital eperience across the region
- Open to existing Clinical specialists or even sales from Medical Devices
- Have a commercial mindset and ability to work as part of a small local and national team
- Must be confortable with some travel to NSW periodically (flexible and not regimented).
