The RoleBased in Brisbane, this role covers Queensland focusing primarily on Brisbane metro with some regional and interstate travel (Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast etc)
The position is designed as a developmental pathway toward becoming a Senior Territory Manager (typically 12-18 months timeline) providing the training and exposure needed to build your commercial and clinical expertise. It's great for those not wanting the pressure of owning a territory from day one whilst learning the intricacies of this highly niche and complex therapy area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, therapies, and clinical applications.
- Educate clinicians and support staff on therapy protocols, device operation, and patient management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and hospital departments.
- Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify opportunities, support case work, and drive therapy adoption.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve territory goals and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and participate in patient education sessions, customer meetings, and professional development events.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular updates on patient progress and account activity.
- Travel regularly across QLD for case support, training, meetings, and customer engagement.
- Background in nursing, allied health, or healthcare, ideally with experience of working with patients in some capacity
- Medical Device experience in the following areas would be ideal: Orthopaedics, Trauma, Spine, Neuromodulation
- Also a great role for existing TM's/ sales reps in other areas wanting to make a change and have the time to develop and train properly
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- A natural educator who enjoys supporting clinicians and improving patient outcomes.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Queensland and occasionally interstate.
- Holds a valid driver’s licence and comfortable working in clinical environments, including operating rooms.
