Clinical Support Specialist – Medical Devices
Brisbane
• Provide operating theatre support during surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and theatre staff with the use of specialised medical devices and instrumentation
• Support Territory Managers with hospital case coverage and customer engagement
• Deliver product education and training to clinical staff
• Manage surgical instrumentation and hospital consignment stock
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders
• Stay up to date with clinical developments and product knowledge About You
• Interest in building a career in the medical devices or healthcare industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital and theatre environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Degree in health science, biomedical science, nursing, physiotherapy, sports science or similar preferred
• Operating theatre or hospital experience advantageous but not essential

An exciting opportunity is available for a Clinical Support Specialist to join a global leader in medical technology, supporting hospitals and surgeons across Brisbane.
This role is ideal for someone looking to break into the medical devices industry and gain hands-on experience with innovative surgical technology and advanced medical devices . You will work closely with experienced Territory Managers who will provide structured onboarding, training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop your clinical and commercial skills.
