As a Clinical Support Representative , you’ll be at the forefront of surgical support and training, working alongside orthopaedic surgeons in theatre, helping them achieve the best outcomes for their patients.
What You’ll Do
- Provide in-theatre case support and guidance across orthopaedic procedures
- Use your clinical experience to build trusted relationships with surgeons and theatre teams
- Deliver training and education to clinical staff and new users
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure outstanding service and product knowledge
- Be part of a business that values learning, collaboration, and growth
What We’re Looking For
- Current or recent experience as a Scrub / Scout Nurse, ideally in orthopaedics or related surgical specialities
- A genuine interest in medical technology and a consultative, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to move into a commercial role while maintaining clinical engagement
- Full Australian working rights and ability to travel for case support and training
