As a  Clinical Support Specialist , you will be the  go-to expert  for surgeons and hospital staff, providing hands-on support in  theatre  and ensuring seamless integration of our orthopaedic trauma products. You’ll work closely with our sales team, offering  technical guidance, product expertise, and in-theatre case support  to drive positive clinical outcomes.

What You’ll Do

✅ Provide in-theatre  technical and clinical support  to surgeons and healthcare professionals.

✅ Educate and train surgical teams on the  best use  of our innovative orthopaedic trauma solutions.

✅ Build strong relationships with hospital staff, becoming a  trusted advisor  in your territory.

✅ Collaborate with the sales team to drive  business growth and product adoption .

✅ Stay ahead of the latest advancements in orthopaedic trauma and surgical techniques.

✔  Background in nursing, physiotherapy, or related healthcare fields  (theatre experience is a bonus!).

✔ Passion for  medical technology  and improving patient outcomes.

✔ Strong  communication and interpersonal skills  – you’ll be working closely with surgeons and hospital teams.

✔ A  problem-solver  with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

✔ Willingness to  travel  across Metro Sydney and attend cases as required.
