As a  Clinical Support Representative , you’ll be at the forefront of surgical support and training, working alongside orthopaedic surgeons in theatre, helping them achieve the best outcomes for their patients.

• Provide in-theatre case support and guidance across orthopaedic procedures
• Use your clinical experience to build trusted relationships with surgeons and theatre teams
• Deliver training and education to clinical staff and new users
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure outstanding service and product knowledge
• Be part of a business that values learning, collaboration, and growth

• Current or recent experience as a Scrub / Scout Nurse, or another Allied Health profession where you have strong anatomy knowledge
• A genuine interest in medical technology and a consultative, solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A desire to move into a commercial role while maintaining clinical engagement
• Full Australian working rights and ability to travel for case support and training
