We’re growing the Wellington team and are seeking a Clinical Support Representative to work closely with healthcare professionals, providing hands-on support, education, and clinical expertise.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, field-based position where you’ll work directly with surgeons, nurses, and hospital teams—providing clinical support in procedures, delivering training, and ensuring the effective use of innovative medical technologies.
You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between clinical practice and medical technology, helping drive better outcomes for patients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide in-theatre and clinical support during procedures
- Train and educate healthcare professionals on product use and best practice
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge and clinical expertise
- Support the sales team with case coverage and customer engagement
- Assist with product evaluations, trials, and implementation
- Maintain equipment and ensure readiness for clinical use
About You
We welcome candidates from a variety of clinical and healthcare backgrounds, including:
- Nursing
- Physiotherapy
- Paramedicine
- Chiropractic
- Other allied health disciplines
You may also be:
- Already working in medical devices and looking to broaden your experience
You’ll also bring:
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working in hospital and operating theatre environments
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
