Responsibilities include:
- Processing orders received by email and phone
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Management of the sales team’s demo stock
- Sales reporting
- Picking and Packing of orders
- Liaising with couriers
- Additional administration duties as required
- You have some Customer Service experience and have great verbal and written communication skills
- You have great attention to detail and thrive when working in a culture of accountability
- You’re looking for a stable 9-5 role in a friendly team environment with great training and support
