An opportunity for a Customer Service and Inventory Officer has opened up with their close-knit Melbourne-based team based out of their Cheltenham office.

The Role

This permanent, full-time, office-based role is perfect for someone looking for a fulfilling 9-5 Customer Service & Inventory position where you can contribute to positive patient experiences in hospitals, clinics and private surgical practices.
Responsibilities include:
  • Processing orders received by email and phone
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Management of the sales team’s demo stock
  • Sales reporting
  • Picking and Packing of orders
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Additional administration duties as required
About You
  • You have some Customer Service experience and have great verbal and written communication skills
  • You have great attention to detail and thrive when working in a culture of accountability
  • You’re looking for a stable 9-5 role in a friendly team environment with great training and support
