Due to this growth and an upcoming relocation, they are looking for an Operations “all-rounder” to join the team in their new office located in Macquarie Park, NSW.
The Role
A full-time, permanent position, you will have broad responsibilities across both Logistics and Customer Service. Your day-to-day will be varied but is likely to consist of:

The Role
A full-time, permanent position, you will have broad responsibilities across both Logistics and Customer Service. Your day-to-day will be varied but is likely to consist of:
- Loan set check in / check out
- Case bookings
- Liaising with reps, couriers and hospitals
- Loan set and consignment set replenishments
- Creating sales orders
- Chasing and executing on Purchase Orders

About You
- You have experience working in the Medical Device industry and are familiar with many standard processes and operating systems.
- You are detail-oriented ad have the ability to work in an organised and timely manner with excellent attention to detail
- You have good computer literacy and have experience working with different software packages including Microsoft Excel and a database or ERP system
- You are a true team player and like working as part of a group to achieve an outcome
- You are a problem solver and know that, sometimes, the answer isn’t black and white. You’re happy to explore different options and juggle priorities to ensure a surgeon gets the equipment the patient needs.
