This is a hybrid Monday–Friday role, combining field work with remote work from home. A company laptop and mobile phone will be provided to support you in the role.
What you'll be doing-
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including hospitals, aged care facilities and private homes in Ballina and surrounding areas.

Providing equipment trials and demonstrations to customers

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase product sales and market share

Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to existing clients

Collaborating with the sales team to implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and new product developments

Accurately forecasting sales and providing regular performance reports to senior management

A strong sales appetite or proven sales experience, confident in selling and building relationships

Experience or knowledge of the Aged Care & Disability sector is highly desirable but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality and ability to quickly connect with people

Highly organised, self-motivated and committed to delivering outstanding customer service and results

Willing to travel regularly within your sales territory to meet client needs
