What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carry out servicing, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis across installed medical systems

  • Perform system checks, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance

  • Provide timely fault rectification and technical support to hospital clients

  • Deliver detailed service reports and recommend improvements to reduce failure rates

  • Support installation projects, including commissioning, testing, and customer training

  • Work closely with internal teams and supervise contractors to ensure quality standards are met

  • Act as a trusted technical expert, supporting both customers and internal stakeholders

What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in a Field Service, Technical, or Engineering role

  • Background in biomedical engineering, electrical, mechanical or similar

  • Experience working with low voltage systems, instrumentation, mechanical or digital systems

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of IT networks

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability

  • Ability to work independently, manage your time, and own your territory

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset
