Job Description
This is an opportunity to become the first Field Service Engineer in WA for a growing healthcare technology business, giving you real ownership of your territory and the chance to make a tangible impact across hospitals in the region.
You’ll be ensuring critical systems in clinical environments operate reliably, directly contributing to patient safety and healthcare outcomes

Take ownership of a WA service territory, primarily across Perth Metro with future regional exposure

Carry out servicing, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis across installed medical systems

Perform system checks, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance

Provide timely fault rectification and technical support to hospital clients

Deliver detailed service reports and recommend improvements to reduce failure rates
-
Support installation projects, including commissioning, testing, and customer training
-
Work closely with internal teams and supervise contractors to ensure quality standards are met
-
Act as a trusted technical expert, supporting both customers and internal stakeholders
-
2–3+ years’ experience in a Field Service, Technical, or Engineering role
-
Background in biomedical engineering, electrical, mechanical or similar
-
Experience working with low voltage systems, instrumentation, mechanical or digital systems
-
Basic to intermediate understanding of IT networks

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability

Ability to work independently, manage your time, and own your territory

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset
