The Company
Our client is a rapidly growing Medical Device company with a passion and purpose for simplifying the lives of people living with diabetes.

The Role
A full-time, permanent position, you’ll be leading a team of Inside Sales professionals across Sydney and Victoria. Based out of the Sydney, CBD office (with the ability to work from home 2-3 days / week) you’ll be resolving escalated customer contacts, managing existing and new processes, and discovering and implementing continuous improvement opportunities through the analysis of data and project management.
You will have some responsibility for your own territory where you will
  • Promote and sell the company’s products to prospective customers. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to patients who have expressed an interest in the products.
  • You’ll handle inbound calls from patients generated through referrals from clinical customers or marketing programs
  • You’ll answer customer enquiries about the products and competitor comparisons
  • There will be close collaboration with Customer Operations and Field Sales Teams to convert leads to sales results.
As part of your leadership responsibilities you will also have plenty of time for your team management responsibilities: day-to-day team management, goal setting, coaching, performance management and salary reviews as well as being the “voice” of the Inside Sales team to the broader business
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales representative to step into management or hone your people leadership skills.

About You
  • You have extensive experience in sales with a strong understanding of Inside Sales
  • Experience coaching, training and developing others to improve sales performance or technical skill
  • Have a background in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare with an empathetic nature and genuine ability to relate to clinical customers and patients
  • Knowledge and experience within the Diabetes space is highly advantageous
