The Role
We are seeking a  Digital, Brand & Communications Manager  to lead Orthocell’s day-to-day marketing and communications activities. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with execution across digital, brand, and communications channels.
You will:
  • Manage our digital platforms (website, social, campaigns) and drive engagement with targeted content.
  • Develop and protect Orthocell’s brand identity across all touchpoints, campaigns, and industry events.
  • Oversee internal communications to keep our team informed, connected, and aligned.
  • Work with PR and advertising agencies to maximise visibility and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support commercial teams with marketing materials, messaging, and presentations.
  • Manage and optimise our commercial technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
About You
We’re looking for someone who can translate complex technical content into clear, compelling communications and who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution.

You’ll bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, brand, or communications—ideally in healthcare, MedTech, or life sciences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver digital campaigns, manage SEO/SEM activities, and analyse performance metrics.
  • Experience managing agencies and juggling multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, brand guardianship, and ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Biomedical Science, or related field.
