The Structural Heart division is experiencing significant growth, driven by increasing awareness and adoption of minimally invasive treatment options for Aortic Stenosis.
With a strong reputation for clinical excellence, innovation, and collaboration, the business partners closely with physicians, hospital executives, and healthcare networks to improve diagnosis, referral pathways, and treatment access.

The Role

Based in Sydney , this position will focus on driving market development initiatives to increase awareness, diagnosis, referral efficiency, and utilisation of Aortic Stenosis therapies.
This is a strategic, externally facing role working across multiple stakeholder groups to shape clinical pathways and expand therapy adoption.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute market development strategies to advance utilisation of  Aortic Stenosis  therapies
  • Identify, develop, and support partnerships with  Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Drive therapy awareness programs, referral pathway optimisation and patient outreach initiatives
  • Develop strong value propositions with key hospital and physician stakeholders
  • Partner with GP liaison officers to strengthen  referral networks  and improve timely access to treatment
  • Collaborate with physicians, hospital executives, TAVI coordinators, and General Practitioners to build sustainable clinical pathways
  • Work alongside  Marketing  and  Sales  Leadership to develop and implement targeted action plans
  • Contribute to broader divisional growth initiatives and cross-therapy collaboration

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in  market development  or  medical device/pharmaceutical sales
  • Must have experience working with  specialists/ KOL's  (either from  Pharmaceutical  or  Medical Devices )
  • Any  Cardiology  exposure will be highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated track record in business planning, goal setting, and execution
  • Ability to interpret clinical data and translate insights into practical growth strategies
  • Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders including physicians and hospital leadership
  • Commercially driven with strong collaboration and communication skills
