The RoleThis fixed term (12 month) contract role reports to the Head of Marketing and focuses on end-to-end project management of key marketing and innovation initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Managers across multiple product categories to deliver projects and materials aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading planning and execution of product launches, packaging redesigns, and customer programs
- Managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Working hand in hand with product/ brand managers and Key Account Managers
- Creating internal, B2B, and in-store communication materials
- Collaborating with regulatory, commercial, and cross-functional teams
- Mitigating risks and ensuring projects meet quality standards
- Conducting project reviews and reporting on outcomes and lessons learned
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or project management or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare Consumer Marketing or Brand management , ideally within pharma (OTC), medical devices , or consumer healthcare
- Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with marketing communications and materials development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, or Veeva desirable
- Collaborative, quality-focused, and able to work autonomously in a matrix environment
- Competitive base salary ($120K-$140K+ guide)- depending on experience
