The Role:
- Support the Australian sales team and global marketing team across Urology, Gastroenterology and OB-GYN portfolios to ensure the execution of marketing plans and initiatives in Australia.
- Ensure the sales team have the tools, collateral, campaigns and programs to enable successful marketing and selling.
- Manage events, conferences, courses, symposiums and workshops.
- Liaise with external agencies and third parties to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
- Conduct market research and identify and monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Create and/or edit marketing collateral including social media, website and digital materials as appropriate.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Previous experience working within the pharma or devices industry is highly advantageous
- Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is essential
- Experience using social media is required
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Able to operate proactively and independently
- Reliable and able to complete tasks/deadlines in a timely manner
