Following the implementation of a bold, new  go-to-market strategy.  They are entering an exciting chapter and they are looking to add to the team a  National Sales Manager  to lead the charge across Australia.

Your Impact

As National Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a national sales team focused on orthopaedic trauma solutions.
  • Translate global strategy into local success by tailoring and executing effective sales plans.
  • Partner with Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial teams to align messaging and service delivery.
  • Report directly to the General Manager (ANZ) and contribute to senior leadership strategy discussions.
  • Drive accountability through KPIs, CRM use, pipeline reviews, and team development programs.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships across trauma centres, surgeons, and hospital networks.

 

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a national or senior sales leadership role within medical devices (trauma/orthopaedics preferred).
  • Track record of leading and developing successful, geographically distributed sales teams.
  • Commercially astute with strong business planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment undergoing growth and change.
  • Passion for innovation, performance, and positive team culture.
