They are entering an exciting chapter and they are looking to add to the team a National Sales Manager to lead the charge across Australia.

Your Impact
As National Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a national sales team focused on orthopaedic trauma solutions.
- Translate global strategy into local success by tailoring and executing effective sales plans.
- Partner with Marketing, Clinical, and Commercial teams to align messaging and service delivery.
- Report directly to the General Manager (ANZ) and contribute to senior leadership strategy discussions.
- Drive accountability through KPIs, CRM use, pipeline reviews, and team development programs.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships across trauma centres, surgeons, and hospital networks.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a national or senior sales leadership role within medical devices (trauma/orthopaedics preferred).
- Track record of leading and developing successful, geographically distributed sales teams.
- Commercially astute with strong business planning, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment undergoing growth and change.
- Passion for innovation, performance, and positive team culture.
