Due to a change in their leadership structure, they are looking for an Operations Manager to manage all aspects of their Supply Chain in their Australian manufacturing facility in the South-East of Melbourne.

The Company

Due to a change in their leadership structure, they are looking for an Operations Manager to manage all aspects of their Supply Chain in their Australian manufacturing facility in the South-East of Melbourne.
The Role
This permanent, full-time role is perfect for someone who understands the complexity of managing a manufacturing facility in the highly regulated Medical Device market.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of a stable and experienced senior team across Production, Supply Chain, Sterilisation, Design, Process Engineering and OHS.
- Oversight of the Clean room manufacturing facility (including on-site sterilisation of medical devices)
- Special projects involving expansion of production to service branches outside of Australia
- You have a comprehensive background in medical device manufacturing and are familiar with the requirements of working within this highly regulated environment
- You have had experience with on-site sterilisation of medical devices
- You have certification and experience in process improvement (preferred)
- You are a hands-on leader, and are excited to work with your team on special projects, professional development and problem solving.
