About the Role
As a Product Manager , you will play a central role in developing the go-to-market success for this platform. This is a high-impact position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, clinical understanding, and collaborative leadership.
You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, sales, education, digital, and clinical, including Surgeons to deliver this customer-focused solution.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Planning
- Define and evolve the strategy to align with business goals.
- Identify market trends, competitor insights, and unmet customer needs to drive innovation and differentiation.
- Lead strategic product lifecycle planning and platform optimisation initiatives.
Commercialisation & Product Ownership
- Own the roadmap and execution for this new platform.
- Drive launch planning and cross-functional alignment across R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and sales.
- Ensure product positioning and messaging clearly articulate clinical value and competitive advantage.
- Partner with the medical education team to develop impactful surgeon and customer education initiatives.
- Collaborate with KOLs and clinical advisors to gather insights and support product validation.
- Work closely with clinical and sales teams to help drive the utilisation and adoption of the technology with the customers.
- Support the integration of digital tools and technologies into the product offering.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.
- Contribute to content development, digital strategy, and trade show planning.
- Ensure alignment across global teams and internal stakeholders.
About You
- Proven experience in product management or marketing within the medical device or orthopaedics industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and customer decision-making in orthopaedics.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and product launches.
- Commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes.
