Product Manager - Orthopaedic Hips - (Sydney)

One of the fastest growing medical device companies in ANZ is expanding their Orthopaedics portfolio and are now looking for an experienced Product Manager to help drive the next phase of innovation. With a strong pipeline of new products, technological advancements, and category-leading implants, this is an opportunity to shape the strategy behind some of the most exciting launches in the market.

As part of a collaborative, high-performing marketing team, you’ll work across multiple implant lines while partnering closely with sales, clinical, and global marketing. You’ll be empowered to own your segment, lead product launches, develop commercial strategy, and provide market insights that impact business decisions at both regional and global levels.

• Leading marketing strategy for key Orthopaedic implant categories

• Driving successful product launches across ANZ with a strong upcoming innovation pipeline

• Partnering with sales, clinical, and global teams to build compelling commercial plans

• Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide portfolio direction

• Supporting surgeon engagement, education, and brand positioning

• Working cross-functionally with a tight-knit, supportive marketing team

• Experience in Orthopaedics or Medical Devices—marketing or commercial

• Strong understanding of implants, clinical use, or surgical workflows

• Proven ability to deliver product launches or market strategy

• A collaborative style and comfort working across multiple stakeholders
