Product Manager - Robotics (Sydney)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join a global leader in medical technology, supporting their high-growth Orthopaedics and Robotics division.

In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio that is at the forefront of surgical innovation, combining advanced orthopaedic solutions with cutting-edge robotic technologies to improve patient outcomes and support surgeon performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive product adoption and market share

• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches across ANZ

• Partner closely with global and local stakeholders including sales, education, and regulatory teams

• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform product positioning and messaging

• Support key opinion leader (KOL) engagement and clinical partnerships

• Deliver training, education, and tools to empower the commercial team and end users

• Monitor portfolio performance and adjust strategies to ensure continued growth

About You:

• Proven experience in Sales, Clinical or Product Management within medical devices, ideally orthopaedics or surgical robotics

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the healthcare landscape across Australia and New Zealand

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling value propositions

• A self-starter with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach
