Join a Global Leader in Orthopaedic InnovationAn exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious and clinically focused sales professional to join a market-leading orthopaedic business within its Joint Reconstruction division.
Working across Brisbane's hospital network, you'll partner with leading orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and healthcare professionals to support the adoption of innovative hip and knee technologies that improve patient outcomes.
This role offers the perfect blend of relationship management, clinical support, and commercial responsibility within one of the most dynamic sectors of the medical device industry.
About the RoleAs a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across a designated territory while providing exceptional clinical support and education to healthcare professionals.
You will build trusted relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders, support procedures in theatre, and help introduce new technologies that improve surgical outcomes and patient care.

Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed territory sales targets through strategic account management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, nurses, and key hospital stakeholders
- Provide high-quality operating theatre support and case coverage
- Develop and execute account plans to drive product adoption and market share growth
- Deliver product education, in-service training, and clinical workshops
- Support the launch and adoption of new technologies and product innovations
- Monitor market activity, competitor trends, and customer opportunities
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to drive business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience in medical device sales, orthopaedics, or a related healthcare environment
- Previous exposure to operating theatres or surgical settings highly regarded
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a passion for delivering results
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health Sciences, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Represent a highly respected global orthopaedic portfolio
