An exciting opportunity exists to join one of the world’s leading orthopaedic MedTech organisations as a Territory Manager based in Perth.
This role is ideal for an experienced medical device sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is passionate about driving growth, building strong surgeon relationships, and developing people.
You’ll play a key role in expanding the business across your territory while also mentoring and supporting a growing clinical support team, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a broader leadership-focused position.
About the Role
As Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance across a well-established orthopaedic portfolio and associated technology while partnering closely with surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and internal teams.
You’ll also work closely with junior clinical support professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and hands-on development to help elevate team capability and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive territory growth and achieve/exceed sales targets
- Develop and strengthen relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital stakeholders
- Provide clinical and technical support within operating theatres
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across public and private hospitals
- Mentor and support clinical support team members through coaching and development
- Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives
- Deliver product education and support to healthcare professionals
- Maintain a high level of product, procedural, and market knowledge
- Support inventory, case coverage, and operational requirements across the territory
About You
- Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within orthopaedics or surgical devices
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of territory growth
- Experience working within operating theatres and hospital environments
- Natural leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and developing others
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and driven to succeed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
