Following continued success and expansion, they’re seeking a  driven Territory Manager  to take ownership of a high-potential territory and  deliver exceptional sales results.  You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members too.

As a Territory Manager, you will:

• Drive sales growth  across a diverse orthopaedic portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Learn from experienced senior team members while progressively  taking on mentoring responsibilities  for newer representatives.
• Represent the company with professionalism and passion, becoming a trusted partner to your customers.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Ambitious and sales-focused , with a hunger to succeed and grow.
• Experienced in medical device sales OR ready to step up from a clinical/surgical support role into a commercial position.
• A strong communicator and relationship builder, able to earn trust quickly.
• Driven by results and motivated by targets.
• Passionate about helping improve surgical outcomes and patient lives.
