Our client is a global leader in Orthopaedic surgeries and have some of the best performing prostheses on the market with imminent new product releases.
Due to continued growth and some changes in their Regulatory framework, they are looking to add to their team based out of the Australian Head Office in Bella Vista.
The Role
A full-time, permanent position, you will have hybrid responsibilities across both Logistics and Quality Assurance. Your day-to-day will be varied but is likely to consist of:
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Medical Device logistics who has done some basic Quality Assurance activities ( eg. Instrument Quarantine, following up on CAPAs, stakeholder coordination) and is looking for a long-term career in RAQA.

The Role
A full-time, permanent position, you will have hybrid responsibilities across both Logistics and Quality Assurance. Your day-to-day will be varied but is likely to consist of:
- Documenting product complaints,
- Updates and maintenance of the QMS,
- Following up responses for Product Complaints or Non-Conformances and CAPAs,
- Acting as the local point-of-contact for audits,
- Reviewing Quality documentation,
- Managing quarantined products and
- Coordinating the follow-ups required for the TGA.

About You
- You have experience working in the Medical Device industry and are familiar with many standard processes regarding ISO13485.
- You are detail-oriented ad have the ability to work in an organised and timely manner
- You have good computer literacy and have experience working with different software package including Microsoft Excel and Outlook as well as ERP or QMS systems.
- You are future-focused and enjoy finding ways to improve processes and increasing efficiencies.
- You are looking for an organisation that offers career growth and are passionate about transitioning into a full-time RAQA role.
