The Opportunity

As a Robotics Training Specialist , you will be the key driver of surgeon onboarding, clinical training and ongoing utilisation. Your work will directly impact surgical confidence, procedure consistency and long-term commercial growth.

You will:

• Lead surgeon onboarding and training for robotic-assisted hip and knee procedures.

• Deliver high-level education and upskilling for clinical specialists and sales teams.

• Provide in-theatre support to build confidence and ensure flawless execution of robotic cases.

• Influence utilisation by identifying growth opportunities, supporting conversions and coaching users through adoption milestones.

• Act as the technical authority on workflows, system optimisation and best practice.
