The Role
A full-time, permanent position, you will work within our client’s product showroom in either Cheltenham or the brand-new facility in Ringwood. Working closely with your colleagues, you will help customers to find assistive products that support their recovery and independence.

The Role
A full-time, permanent position, you will work within our client’s product showroom in either Cheltenham or the brand-new facility in Ringwood. Working closely with your colleagues, you will help customers to find assistive products that support their recovery and independence.
Your day-to-day will be varied and depends on customer flow but is likely to consist of:
- Answering customer product enquiries
- Helping locate products within the showroom or in the online catalogue
- Helping fit or assemble products
- Answering phone calls
- Completing paperwork to ensure accurate invoicing, delivery and customer reimbursement
- You have a qualification in an Allied Health Discipline - preferably Occupational Therapy but the role is also open to those who have studied Physio and or Chiro / Osteo too.
- You are interested in a career in sales and may have already had experience in face-to-face Customer Service, preferably in a retail setting
- You are empathetic and a problem-solver and love building trust and helping people find great health and mobility solutions
- You are ambitious, want to develop professionally and are excited to launch your career in medical sales
