The RoleAs Territory Manager – Q'land South , you’ll lead both sales and account management responsibilities across your territory. The territory runs from Brisbane metro and down to the Gold Coast. The role is not a theatre focused/ case support so it wouldn't suit people from these style of roles, it is very much a relationship building sales position where the device is used in various clinical setting so it will suit someone who enoys diversity and is good at adapting their style based on the relevent stakeholder and depeartment they are trying to sell to (ENT, Radiology, General Surgery, GI etc.). Key tasks include:
- Engaging hospitals, clinics, and private practices to promote infection control solutions
- Achieving set sales targets and growing market share
- Conducting in-services and training with clinical staff
- Providing post-sale support and clinical audits
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and nurturing existing accounts
- Attending conferences and managing local stock reserves
- Experience working in Medical Device sales
- Confident communicator with training capabilities
- Experience working in the following desireable: CSSD, Infection Prevention, Sterilisation
- Diverse medical device exprience ideal as there are multiple call point: ENT, Endoscopy, Radiology etc.
- Highly organised with strong relationship-building skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and proactive in territory growth
