Territory Manager - Joint Replacement - Melbourne

We’re partnering with a global leader in medical technology to find an exceptional Territory Manager to join their high-performing orthopaedics team in Melbourne .

This is not your typical “sell the implant” role. You’ll be representing a complete ecosystem of orthopaedic solutions,  from implants to advanced enabling technologies, helping surgeons and hospitals deliver better patient outcomes through innovation.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing a defined Melbourne territory
• Partnering with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders
• Supporting cases in theatre and providing technical expertise
• Driving adoption of a broad, integrated portfolio of devices and technologies
• Becoming a trusted advisor in a highly specialised clinical space

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopaedics ideal, but not essential)
• Strong commercial mindset with a collaborative approach
• High learning agility and adaptability
• Confidence working in theatre environments
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through innovation
