🔧 What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing a defined Melbourne territory
- Partnering with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital stakeholders
- Supporting cases in theatre and providing technical expertise
- Driving adoption of a broad, integrated portfolio of devices and technologies
- Becoming a trusted advisor in a highly specialised clinical space
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopaedics ideal, but not essential)
- Strong commercial mindset with a collaborative approach
- High learning agility and adaptability
- Confidence working in theatre environments
- Passion for improving patient outcomes through innovation
