Territory Manager, Orthopaedics (Auckland)

Due to an internal promotion , we have a rare opportunity to inherit a high performing territory which requires a driven and dynamic Territory Manager to join a Tier 1 global medical device company, renowned for innovation, clinical excellence, and strong market leadership.

As the new Territory Manager, you will take the reins of a high-performing portfolio within the orthopaedic space, working closely with leading surgeons and healthcare professionals across Auckland. You'll be part of a supportive, experienced team and a company culture that champions development, values talent, and celebrates success.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing a key Auckland territory across orthopaedic products

• Providing clinical and technical support in theatre settings

• Building strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, education, sales support)

• Driving business growth through strategic territory planning

• Proven sales or clinical experience in medical devices, preferably orthopaedics or theatre-based roles

• Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills

• Resilient, resourceful, and highly motivated to succeed

• A team player with a customer-first mindset

• Full NZ driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
