We’re looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to join a leading medical device organisation, managing a hospital-focused portfolio across Queensland.

This is a field-based role where you’ll partner closely with clinicians, nurses, and hospital stakeholders to drive product adoption, grow key accounts, and deliver strong sales results.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve and exceed territory sales targets
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams
• Develop and execute strategic account plans
• Present clinical and product value to drive adoption
• Identify and win new business opportunities
• Manage your territory using CRM insights and data
• Represent the business at conferences and industry events

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape
