A long-established Medical Device company are experiencing growth in VIC, NSW & QLD and are looking for experienced Territory Managers to assist.

If so, this exciting Territory Manager position, could be for you!!
This long established and well-regarded medical device company has a forward-thinking approach to hiring. They are looking for candidates with innate traits of high performance who are highly driven and motivated to learn as key attributes to be successful in this role. They have been in double digit growth across all states for the last couple of years, so we are supporting them in further building the team to carry on this success.
They are experiencing growth in VIC, NSW &QLD, so you could be based in any of these locations. We are wanting to connect with experienced Territory Managers with a background in medical devices, or other healthcare related fields who want to come on this journey and be part of this high preforming team, as they change the market with their products and services.
  • Develop strategies and execute on the territory sales plan in collaboration with your manager
  • Work with key existing surgeons in the market, as well as developing new relationships
  • Actively monitor market and competitor trends and respond as relevant.
  • Regular reporting of sales and marketing activities in territory
  • Work with internal teams to ensure stock availability for surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members in your state and nationally to achieve common goals
  • Ensure the annual product portfolio sales targets are achieved on this territory.
The key skillsets you will need to have are:
  • Tertiary qualification in allied health, science or business -related discipline
  • Proven sales experience within medical devices a benefit, along with any experience of being in an operating theatre
  • Strong selling skills and ability to offer unique perspectives and to challenge the status quo
  • Good understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system
  • Highly driven with an outcome focused mindset
