Territory Manager - Neuromodulation/Pain Management

Our client is an International Medical Device organisation who are seen as an innovator and are one of the market leaders across the Neuromodulation/ Pain Management space. They are experiencing a very strong period of growth and as a result are expanding their ANZ team.
  
Responsibilities
The role is within a highly rewarding and fast growing area of therapy and is a balance between Sales and high end Clinical Support with surgeons and includes a range of key responsibilities:
  

• Drive growth and increase awareness of the Therapy and Devices across various hospitals across Brisbane metro.
• Identify new opportunities and achieve and over exceed pre-allocated budgets / targets
• Provide superior in-theatre Clinical Support and be present during various procedures
• Conduct follow up checks with select patients and be accessible throughout the course of their treatment plan
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support during and post procedure
• Build relations with key surgeons (Pain physicians, Neurosurgeons etc.)
• Work collaboratively with the broader ANZ Sales & Marketing teams as well as Engineering and various head office staff

  
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Science/ Business/ Nursing/ Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of Medical Device Sales experience
• Experience in Neuromodulation, Pain Management, Neurosurgery, Neurology highly desirable
• Would suit candidates from other clinical areas: Spine, Orthopaedics, Surgical sales etc.
• Theatre experience is a MUST and ideally having worked in a patient-centric sales role
• Open to Clinical Specialists as well from Neuromodulation/ Pain or similar therapy areas
• A clinical background would be highly advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
