Opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to join a Medical Device organisation in the General Surgery team.

Job Description

Our client is a global Medical Device organisation who are a household name across various specialty and product areas including: General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Urology, Gastroenterology etc.

They offer fantastic training and onboarding and there are plenty of opportunities for career development and progression within the organisation.
  
Position Overview:
This position has been newly developed within the South Australia (General Surgery) team and has an Adelaide territory focus. The role is theatre based but with no 'on call' and overall, a much better work/life balance compared but certain clinical roles within devices.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Selling within the theatre/hospital world to a range of specialist areas: General Surgery, Laparoscopic, Colorectal, Bariatric etc.
  • Covering cases when required (being the product expert)
  • Looking for opportunities to up-sell and to drive increased adoption of your products
  • Attending conferences and trade shows to drive awareness of the company and products
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on best strategy for your customers
Desired experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Medical Devices)
  • Experience in General Surgery, Laparoscopic, Colorectal, Bariatrics, Gynaecology, Urology would be highly desired
  • Degree qualified (science, business, nursing etc.)
  • Open to high performing Pharmaceutical Hospital sales reps (minimum 2 years exp.)
  • Nursing or clinical background would be great but not a prerequisite
  • An orthopaedic sales background would also be a good fit
