Support Specialist - VIC

The role of Support Specialist, Radiotherapy (Field Service Engineer) will provide a high level of service to customers on the installation, repair, service, maintenance, or enhancement of hardware and/or software products. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation of products
• Perform service for products
• Independently perform routine troubleshooting and repairs
• Provide on-site guidance and assistance to customers during treatment maximizing efficiency and usage
• Educate/train customer on the use of products and services
• Field customer questions/requests: Investigate and resolve issues consistent with established policies and procedures
• Effectively communicate with customers to understand problems and adequately troubleshoot issues
• Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance
• Deliver high level customer service
• Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
• Instruct customers and staff in proper use of the equipment
• Keep abreast of developments regarding competitors

  
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree 
• Experience in Biomedical Engineering - health engineering, BioMedical engineering
• IT networking skills - including working with servers 
• Soft skills - detail & accuracy, good time management, good communicate
