Territory Manager - Brisbane

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a consumable and capital portfolio to hospitals across South QLD (Brisbane CBD down to Wide Bay)
• Products: Large capital (lights, beds, mattresses, recliners, stretchers, trolleys etc.) and Consumables (enteral feeding, syringes, maternity products, curtains etc.)
• Customer base: Procurement, Nurse Unit Managers, Nurses, ICU & ED Depts etc.
• Meet and achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities in addition to managing existing accounts
• Ensure that all customer data, call history and follow up actions are recorded in the CRM
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
• Provide in-service and training to customers
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure supply and delivery promises are achieved

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years medical device hospital sales experience is essential
• Experience selling into ICU and ED departments is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability in solution-based sales applications and consultative selling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of time management skills
