Job Description

Join a well-known Global Medical Device Company who are dedicated to advance surgeries through new product development across multiple therapeutic areas

Role 
The main objective of this position is to execute the company's commercial strategy and to achieve the annual sales targets across capital and consumable sales within their General Surgery market across the state. You will be responsible for successfully driving sales growth and to contribute to the success of the team. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Aligning, executing and delivering against the commercial strategy and associated tactical plans on a state territory level
  • Achieving agreed annual Capital and Consumable sales targets by managing/developing existing customers and converting prospective ones
  • Help develop state sales plan to achieve target
  • Track and monitor sales performance against target on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Managing sales pipeline opportunities and providing your manager with supply requirements relating to new business wins and ongoing needs
  • Taking ownership of setting up and executing successful capital trials across multiple customers stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting business plans/reports when needed
  • Being an expert across the Capital and Consumable portfolio and delivering solutions and education to drive adoption with our customers
  • Taking ownership of personal training plan which will include product and sales training, as well as personal development objectives
  • Actively supporting tenders and the management of private hospital groups within region
  • Collaborating with colleagues in the servicing of customers' needs 
  • Ensuring successful product launch in territory by mapping out leads and actively converting them
  • Using the sales enablement tool to accelerate business performance and driving leads through the adoption pathway


Education and Experience:
  • Degree qualification in Healthcare, Life Sciences or similar clinical background
  • Previous hospital sales experience and proven track record of sales achievement within medical devices (Capital Sales, General Surgery, Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy, Orthopaedics) preferred
