- Paul reached out directly to me soon after starting OneMD. We’d worked together in previous roles, and I was excited to hear he had started his own firm, and was keen to see where I could support. After being introduced to Paul and David, I was confident they had built a solid team and had good depth of experience. Device Technologies is a large firm, and we are always on the lookout for talent, so it’s great to know capable recruiters who specialise in our field, and understand the requirements of our roles.
- Working with with OneMD is very simple. They have such strong background knowledge of the industry that briefing doesn’t need to be an onerous task. Once they have a good understanding of the requirements, they are always quick to provide a shortlist of quality candidates. There’s plenty of good recruiters out there, but for many there’s a transactional type approach, which is not ideal.
