Territory Manager- Advanced General Surgery (Brisbane)

Our client is a top 10 global Medical Device organisation who are a household name across various specialty and product areas including: Vascular, Critical Care/ ICU, General Surgery, Diabetes, Diagnostics etc.

Position Overview:

This position has been newly developed within the Q'land General Surgery team and has a Brisbane territory focus. The role is theatre based but with no 'on call' and overall a much better work/ life balance compared but certain clinical roles within devices.

Responsibilities:

• Selling within the theatre/ hospital world to a range of specialist areas: general surgery, laparoscopic, colorectal, bariatric etc.
• Covering cases when required (being the product expert)
• Looking for opportunities to up-sell and to drive increased adoption of your products
• Attending conferences and trade shows to drive awareness of the company and products
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on best strategy for your customers

Desired experience:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (Medical Devices)
• Experience in General Surgery, Laparoscopic, Colorectal, Bariatrics, Gynaecology, Urology would be highly desired
• Degree qualified (science, business, nursing etc.)
• An orthopaedic sales background would also be a good fit
